Cancellation Policy
24-Hr Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Clients missing an appointment or making appointment changes less than 24 hours in advance of their service will be charged a penalty equivalent to 25% of the single-session rate for that service. Payment is due PRIOR to receiving next scheduled session. Clients who habitually miss/change appointments will be removed from the schedule and restricted to same-day paid-in-advance bookings.
